Title:2025 International Civil-Military Joint Crisis Game

1. Event Date:
   December 2–3, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
   Location: National Defense University, Beitou Fuxinggang Campus
   (No. 70, Section 2, Zhongyang North Road, Beitou District, Taipei City. Please get off at "Fuxinggang Station" on the Tamsui MRT Line.
2. Event Schedule:
   December 2 (Tuesday): 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM  Pre-Game Training & Networking Dinner
   (Check-in: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM;  Group discussions and strategic document drafting: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM; International Etiquette Course (Diplomatic Banquet Etiquette): 5:00 PM-5:30 PM; Pre-Game Networking Dinner: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
   December 3 (Wednesday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  Regulation Game
   (Check-in: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM)
3. Eligibility:
   Master's and doctoral students currently enrolled in strategic security-related programs in Taiwan are eligible to register.
4.  Participation Certificate:
   Participants who attend the whole one-half-day event will receive a certificate after the Game.
5. Event Provisions:
   Meals (lunch and dinner), teaching materials, professional instruction, and prizes for winning teams will be provided(Approved participants are exempt from all fees).
   Note: NO INCLUDE accommodation and transportation expenses.
6. Registration Limit: 
   *Due to budget constraints, the total number of participants is capped at 90. Registration will close once the limit is reached.
   *Each college may register up to 10 participants, and registration should be submitted by the college or graduate institute.
   *Each unit must designate one team leader to facilitate communication.
   *The organizing committee will review applications and notify selected participants after the deadline.
7. Registration Deadline:
   5:00 PM, Thursday, October 23, 2025
   (Registration may close early if the quota is filled. We appreciate your understanding.)

According to current MND regulations, students from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China are not eligible to participate. Please do not register.  

All participants please bring your passport or a valid ID on the day of the event for verification at the check-in counter.
