On November 29, 2024, the Graduate Institute of International Security (GIIS, INDAC, ROC NDU)  co-organized the Strategic Vision Forum with the Institute of International Relations (IIR, NCCU). The theme of this event is “Prospects of Trump’s Second Term for Asia and Regional Challenges,” and the director of GIIS, Prof. Hon-Min Yau, delivered the opening remarks. The forum featured two panels. The first panel, titled “Prospects of Trump’s New Policy for Asia and Taiwan,” was moderated by Professor Chung-Young Chang and included insights from five professors who provided valuable perspectives on the topic. The second panel, “Strategic Challenges to the Trump Administration,” was moderated by Professor Yau, along with valuable contributions from four professors who share their brilliant perspectives. The scholars and students actively participated in lively Q&A sessions, making the discussions highly engaging and insightful. The audience gained a wealth of knowledge from this inspiring forum.
