Call for Paper
Proceedings of Military Ethics and Character Education Conference (hereafter referred to as Proceedings) are a conference proceedings publishing academic papers on the subjects related to military ethics and character education. Scholars and academics are welcome to attend our annual conference in September,“Military Ethics and Character Education Conference.”

The Proceedings welcome submissions and request that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere. |
| 2. |
All the submitted paper(s) will be reviewed first by the editorial committee and then sent to outside reviewers to be evaluated through an anonymous refereeing process. Two scholars of relevant field will decide whether the work submitted should be accepted without revisions, accepted with revisions needed, revised and re-submitted, or rejected. |

Works involving military confidentiality might be rejected if not modified. |
| 4. |
The work must be written in Chinese. |
| 5. |
The following format should be followed:
| (A) |
Chinese and English title, author’s occupation, position and contact information. |
| (B) |
Article: not to exceed 10,000 words including footnotes. |
| (C) |
500 words abstract and maximum 6 keywords. |

Contributors are requested to submit a CD-ROM version of the article in Microsoft Word format. If there are charts and tables, please make sure they are drawn clearly. |

Upon acceptance for publication, the author will receive one copy of the Proceedings and author’s remuneration as a token for his/her contribution to the Proceedings. |
