On August 31, 2023, the GIIS, INDAC, ROC NDU invited Guermantes Lailari (G man), a retired U.S. Air Force diplomat, to give a lecture on security cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region. In the speech, Mr. Lailari analyzed the current international situation, the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the global situation, and the status of nuclear weapons in various countries. Thanks to his profound knowledge and analysis, our students have gained a better understanding of national security issues.
