On September 14th, 2023, the GIIS, INDAC, ROC NDU invited Dr. Ashton Cho, a Regional Security specialist, to give a lecture on the US’s new approach to managing international security. In the speech, Mr. Cho shared his viewpoints of the world and his personal insights from his visit to Taiwan. Thanks to the informative discussion, our students have gained a better understanding of national security issues.
