On August 2nd, 2023, Professor Alessio Patalano visited the Graduate Institute of International Security (GIIS), INDAC, ROC NDU, and conducted a group discussion with Taiwanese students and international fellows. The event was chaired by Director Yau, and Professor Patalano informatively shared his perspectives on Taiwan’s security. Meanwhile, he also showed some learning from the Russo-Ukrainian war and analysis of the People’s Republic of China’s recent movements. Finally, he gave some suggestions for Taiwan on the current situation. As a result, students and participants all learned a lot through the exchange of different points of view.
