Jan Feryna, a visiting Czech scholar in our College, visited the Graduate Institute of International Security (GIIS) on April 28th for an academic exchange with graduate students. The two sides exchanged views on the latest development of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), hoping to improve their understanding of the Taiwan Strait situation and provide new research directions and insights for graduate students.
