On Oct 26 2022, GIIS invited Guermantes Lailari (G man) to give a brief introduction to U.S.’s national security strategies. He is a retired U.S. Air Force diplomat specializing in unconventional warfare and missile defense. Apart from that, he has stayed in Iraq for many years and is familiar with the U.S. policy to counter-terrorism. He is currently a visiting fellow at the National Chengchi University.
During his lecture, G-man analyzed the international situation and the impact of the Russo-Ukrainian war on the global situation. Thanks to his profound knowledge and analysis, our students can better understand national security issues.
